Online Shop Terms & Conditions

1   Price
1.1   The price quoted includes VAT (unless otherwise stated - our main shop page will sometimes how prices inc and ex VAT).  VAT is charged at the rate applying at the time of delivery. All totals charged at the checkout include VAT.
1.2   Any bespoke quotations lapse after 30 days (unless otherwise stated).
1.3   The price per item excludes delivery (unless otherwise stated).
1.4   We must receive full payment for the goods prior to the order being despatched.
1.5   We will send an 'Order Confirmation' by email this confirms our acceptance of the order.
1.6   A delivery cost be will be charged per order unless otherwise stated on our online shop. Some delivery addresses may incur additional delivery costs, we will contact you about those costs prior to dispatching the order, and you will have the right to cancel and receive a full refund if you don't want to pay the additional costs.
1.7   We reserve the right to change the prices on our website without prior notification.
     
2   Delivery
2.1    All delivery times quoted are best estimates and rely on our courier service being uninterrupted.
2.2    If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time, you may (by informing us in writing) cancel the order and receive a full refund or; 
2.2.1    if we receive your notice after the goods have been despatched, receive a full refund once the order has been returned to us.
2.3   If you cancel the order, you can have no further claim against us under that agreement.
2.4    We may split your order into multiple deliveries to speed up despatch.
2.5   As we offer a click and collect service, which is Free of Charge, delivery is an additional service, and delivery costs are non-refundable.
2.6   Deliveries to:

Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 
Channel Islands
Northern Ireland
 
May be dispatched via Royal Mail for small orders or on a longer 2-3 DPD service for larger orders.
2.7   Our Next Day Delivery is only available on UK Mainland orders excluding Scottish Highlands
2.8    Our Next Day Delivery timeframe is from the point of dispatch which may take up to 24 hours from the point of order or next working day for orders placed at the weekend. Where Same Day Dispatch is offered, this only applies to Monday - Friday.
     
3   Delivery and safety
3.1    Our courier may decline to deliver if:
3.1.1    we believe that it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so; or
3.1.2   the premises (or the access to them) are unsuitable for our vehicle.
3.2   Your delivery driver won't ask you to sign for your parcel; they'll take a photo of it instead in your open doorway as proof it has been delivered. If you're self-isolating, Please leave a signed note on your door, telling the driver where to put the parcel.
     
4   Damages and Returns
4.1   You have 14 days from your receipt of delivery to cancel the order.
4.2   You have 3 days from your receipt of delivery to inform us of any damaged or missing items in your order.
4.3   You should inform us of faulty items as soon as the fault is identified.
4.4    You must inform us of your cancellation request, damaged, missing or faulty goods by email.
4.4.1     We will issue a returns authorisation for all returned items and will not process returns sent without this authorisation.
4.4.2   Damaged, missing or faulty items will be replaced as long as stock is available, if not a refund will be given,
4.5   Cancelled orders will be returned at your cost.
4.5.1   We will refund cancelled orders within 30 days of receiving the stock back at our warehouse. We advise you to retain proof of posting.
4.6   Special orders, bespoke products and testing kits cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
4.7   If delivery is selected and paid for this is classed as an additional service and is non-refundable.
4.8   Sealed boxes or packets cannot be returned once open unless damaged or faulty.
4.9   You are expected to take reasonable care of all items while in your possession.
     
     
12    Waiver and variations
12.1   Any waiver or variation of these terms is binding in honour only unless:
12.1.1   made (or recorded) in writing;
12.1.2   signed on behalf of each party; and
12.1.3   expressly stating an intention to vary these terms.
12.2    All orders that you place with us will be on these terms (or any that we may issue to replace them).  By placing an order with us, you are expressly waiving any printed terms you may have to the extent that they are inconsistent with our terms.
     
13    Force majeure
13.1   If we are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel and refund your order, without liability.
13.2   Examples of those circumstances include an act of God, accident, explosion, war, terrorism, fire, flood, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining supplies.
     
14    General
14.1   English law applies to any contract made under these terms. The English and Welsh courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
14.2   If you are more than one person, each of you has joint and several obligations under these terms.
14.3   If any of these terms are unenforceable as drafted:
14.3.1   it will not affect the enforceability of any other of these terms; and
14.3.2   if it would be enforceable if amended, it will be treated as so amended.
14.5   All brochures, catalogues and other promotional materials are to be treated as illustrative only. Their contents form no part of any contract between us, and you should not rely on them in entering into any contract with us.
14.6    Any notice by either of us which is to be served under these terms may be served by leaving it at or by delivering it to (by first class post or by fax) the other’s registered office or principal place of business.  All such notices must be signed.
14.7    No contract will create any right enforceable (by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999) by any person not identified as the buyer or seller.
14.9    Nothing in these terms affects or limits our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
