Emma’s story so far...
Emma joined Stevenage Packaging straight from school at 16. No degree. No experience. Just focus, ambition and a willingness to work hard. Today, she is Group Business Manager and a key leader in the business.
Her progression has been earned through commitment, hard work, a willingness to learn, and consistent results.
“I joined the company at 16 and had my first company car at 19. By 22, I took delivery of a brand-new BMW and bought my first home. In 2025, after celebrating 25 years with the company, I collected a brand-new Tesla"
More than two decades later, her mindset hasn’t changed:

Sarah’s story so far...
Sarah joined Stevenage Packaging Ltd as a Modern Apprentice through the local college in 1998 aged 16.
Upon completion of her Business Administration level 2, Sarah was offered the opportunity to move into our first class customer service team and there was no holding her back. Now entering her 28th Year with the business as our Customer Services Manager, Sarah has shared the following:
"Throughout my career the company has supported, encouraged and allowed me to grow into the role I am still so passionate about today.
SPL has supported me both in business and personal aspirations, far above what would be expected of any business.
Our Founder upholds the company’s values as they are the true lifeblood of our organisation.

Ross' story so far...
Ross Greenall joined us in 2016 as a Customer Sales Co-ordinator and now heads up the Retail team as the Retail Key Account Manager.
"In my tenth year at Stevenage Packaging, I am still enthused to come to work and enjoy the challenges each day brings.
My favourite thing about SPL is the team and the culture, which is unique, with everyone pushing each other to grow and pulling in the same direction to achieve our targets.
